| How much does it cost? |
| We do not charge for this service, the cost is supported by our Vendors, the cost is whatever your mobile service provider is charging you, if you are on contract with inclusive texts then in effect the cost is zero |
| Once registered will I be charged if I don't use the service? |
| There is no obligation once to use the service once you have registered and there are no charges whatsoever. |
| What happens to our stored information? |
| Your travel details are stored on our secure servers for a period of 180 days as per legislation regulations, your address data is stored for the same period after your last journey. This sensitive information is not given to any other party and is not used for marketing purposes whatsoever. |
| Can I order a vehicle outside of the M25? |
| Not at present, once you have registered we will update you re availability, this is mainly due to legislation within the M25 and our negotiations with Vendors outside the perimeter. Please keep coming back to view the updates or alternatively email us using the contact form and we will endeavor to find a group of service providers in your area and launch this service. |
| What type of vehicle can I expect? |
| This depends on availability, if you require a specialist vehicle such as a people mover for more than 5 passengers then please call the number on the site. You will be sent anything from a modern standard saloon to an executive car or MPV. |
| Can I pre-book by text? |
| No but once you have registered you will be given a log in to our ground transport portal site to allow you to book cars, manage your profile and bookings. |
| What if I have a complaint? |
| Just email us with the journey details, we will notify the Vendor accordingly and continue to negotiate until the issue has been resolved successfully |
| What if there isn't a vehicle available? |
| There are currently 40,000 private hire vehicles operating in London we are assuming that you have a better chance of finding a vehicle here than if you were to call an independent company operating just a few. The answer to this question is at certain times of the day you may experience problems calling for a cab, but with the operators ability to communicate with your mobile you will always be aware of any delay. |
| Do I have to text the information every time I want to order a car? |
| No in most modern phones you can save each location in your 'Drafts' folder and simply send from there with a single click. |
